As you all know I am a coffee lover and every once in a while I splurge and have a hot cup of spiked peppermint mocha coffee before bed to relax. Now normally I can’t really drink a cup of coffee before bed but the tad bit of vodka kind of counter acts the caffeine for me. 🙂
We are headed into the busiest time of the year. First we will have Halloween parties and trick-or-treating then we will head right into holiday shopping and baking our turkey bird for Thanksgiving. After that we have more Holiday shopping and gathering with our friends and loved ones for all the festive Christmas parties. Then with Christmas and New Year right around the corner……….Oh my! Yes, I can see this luscious spiked peppermint mocha coffee becoming a weekly ritual for me!
Spiked Peppermint Mocha Coffee
Ingredients:
- 4 oz Coffee (Made)
- 1 oz Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer (Liquid)
- 2 oz Vodka
- Whip Cream
- Crushed Peppermint Hard Candy
- Ice (optional)
Directions:
In medium size glass mix coffee, creamer and vodka until fully blended. Top with whip cream and sprinkle a crushed peppermint candy over the top. This drink can also be severed on ice or blended with ice if that would suit you better! Enjoy 🙂
